I'm currently in the process of moving from Photoshop for illustration to Procreate because I find it to be more user friendly, intinuative and most of all: cheaper. I'ts not just another 20 different ways you can create drop shadows. Another thing is that an update here is really an update and you get new toys. As compared to Adobe software the price difference is ridicoulous. If you are used to Photoshop it takes a week or two to get stuff going but there are loads of peeps posting tricks and tipps to help you along. You can enjoy what is offered, but also have the freedom to create your own brushes. But you will have full ability to draw anything you like, have the layers, masks and ever ything.
